With direct hire and temporary staffing services we'll take care of the recruitment process and provide you with resumes for candidates that have already been prescreened by our team. This helps you make the best use of your time. Once you select the candidate we'll onboard them through Salazar Solutions Direct Placement Program where they will go through a probationary period. Once the probationary period is over we'll get with the direct supervisor to see if the candidate will be a good long term fit. If the candidate works out, we work with you to seamless transfer employment from Salazar Solutions over to your company or continue with the temporary placement until the agreed upon end date of the position.
